Creators Program - Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By joining the Resumelyn Creators Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Resumelyn reserves the right to approve or reject ANY application to join the Program for any reason, at our absolute discretion.

2. Commissions & Payouts

• Creators earn a fixed percentage commission (currently 40%) on successful, non-refunded purchases made by new users within 30 days of clicking their affiliate link.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: You must accrue a minimum of $50.00 USD in cleared commissions before a payout can be requested.
• Payouts are processed manually upon request and may take up to 14 business days to clear.
• We currently support payouts via PayPal and direct Bank Transfer (SEPA/SWIFT). You are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by your payment provider.

3. Payout Audits & Fraud Prevention

To maintain the integrity of our platform, we enforce the following rules regarding commissions:

• Manual Human Audit: All payout requests are subject to a manual human audit before funds are released. We review the origin of sales to ensure they comply with our guidelines.
• Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase Resumelyn plans for yourself, your family, or your own companies. This is strictly prohibited.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails, DMs, or using automated bots to distribute your link is strictly prohibited.
• Brand Bidding: Bidding on Resumelyn trademarked terms in Google Ads or other pay-per-click platforms is not allowed.

4. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred user requests a refund or initiates a chargeback for their purchase, any commission earned on that specific transaction will be reversed and deducted from your available balance. If your balance becomes negative, future earnings will be applied to offset the negative balance.

5. Right to Terminate

Resumelyn reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Creators Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of a breach of these Terms (such as spamming or fraudulent activity), Resumelyn holds the absolute right to void and withhold any unpaid commissions.

6. Modifications

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, fee schedules, payment procedures, and Program rules.
