Welcome to Resumelyn. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Resumelyn website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Account and Talent Pool

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. By creating a Resumelyn account, you understand and agree that participation in the Resumelyn Talent Pool is part of the core service. Your professional profile and relevant CV information may be made available to recruiters through the Resumelyn Talent Pool. Recruiters may search and filter candidate profiles based on professional information such as experience, skills, roles, languages, location, and other relevant profile information.

3. Resumelyn Pro

Resumelyn offers a paid access pass called the Career Switch Pass: a one-time payment (£69 in the United Kingdom, €79 elsewhere, VAT included) that gives 30 days of full access. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Pro features include AI CV analysis and optimization, tailored CVs for specific jobs, cover letter generation, professional templates, application tracking, advanced analytics, priority visibility in the Resumelyn Talent Pool, Resumelyn Verification, and LinkedIn Outreach.

4. AI Usage

Fair use applies. During your 30 days of access you can use all AI tools without a fixed daily or monthly cap.

5. Payment, Access and Cancellation

The Career Switch Pass is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and there is no renewal or recurring charge. The service is 30 days of access starting from the moment of payment.

The Pass is a digital service that starts immediately. At checkout (Stripe Checkout) you confirm that you want your access to start now and you accept that you lose your right to cancel within 14 days once access begins. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not promise results. Resumelyn does not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary, recruiter response or any specific career outcome.

7. Resumelyn Verification

Resumelyn Verification is a professional verification status granted by Resumelyn after review. It is NOT an official LinkedIn verification, government certification, or a guarantee of employment. Recruiters may use Resumelyn Verification as a filter when searching for candidates.

8. AI Features and ATS

Resumelyn uses AI to help you improve your CV, tailor applications, generate cover letters, and conduct outreach. The platform may provide a 'CV Score' reflecting AI-driven quality recommendations. This score is an internal quality indicator and is not an ATS score, nor does it guarantee that you will pass any employer's applicant tracking system or secure an interview. AI output may contain errors, and you must review generated content before using it. You remain fully responsible for the accuracy of your applications and CV.

Resumelyn designs CVs to use clean, machine-readable structures generally suitable for applicant tracking systems. However, we do not guarantee acceptance by any specific ATS (such as Workday, Greenhouse, etc.), nor do we guarantee employment, interview success, or recruiter response.

9. User Content and Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of your uploaded content (e.g., your CV). You grant Resumelyn the licenses and permissions reasonably necessary to provide the service, including generating AI outputs, tailoring applications, and displaying your profile in the Talent Pool.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents. You must not:

• Submit fraudulent applications or impersonate others.
• Upload another person's confidential documents without authorization.
• Manipulate the application tracker or analytics.
• Attempt to circumvent AI usage limits.
• Scrape or extract data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer the platform (where prohibited by law) or engage in unlawful activity.

10. Account Suspension

Resumelyn may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, manipulation of the service, payment abuse, or repeated violations of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resumelyn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, your job search outcomes, or AI-generated content. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded (including mandatory consumer rights).

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence dictate otherwise.
