Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
Resumelyn sells digital credits that provide immediate access to AI-powered CV optimization and cover letter generation. Because the service is delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final.
At the time of checkout, you are asked to confirm via a mandatory checkbox that you explicitly request immediate access to the digital content. By checking this box, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m).
2. Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following cases only:
- A verified technical failure on our end prevented the service from being delivered entirely.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error.
To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at hello@resumelyn.com within 7 days of the purchase date. Include your email address and a description of the issue.
3. Argentine Users
For purchases made via MercadoPago, the same policy applies. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@resumelyn.com and not through MercadoPago's dispute system, as digital content is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
