6 years experience in recruitment across agencies and in-house talent acquisition roles. I have worked across a variety of sectors, spanning from multilingual roles, energy sector and communications and PR.

Consistency of experience, continuity and progression

How responsive the candidate is, flexibility, how he communicates and how engaging the candidate is in conversations.

What is a common mistake you see candidates make that could be easily avoided?

Making sure CVs are accurate, that there are no spelling errors, and that the information is up to date.

They are able to influence decisions, but they are not the sole decision makers.

Communication skills, finding the right balance between communicating and over-communicating.

What advice would you give to someone who is currently job searching and not getting responses?

Target only roles that really match your experience and expertise, do not apply randomly without reviewing job details and requirements. Work to educate yourself and prepare thoroughly for interviews.
