Mentorship Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Service

The 1:1 mentorship sessions are designed to provide personalized advice regarding your CV, LinkedIn profile, and overall job search strategy. The objective is to equip you with the knowledge and tools to improve your application results. However, we do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or specific outcomes, as the hiring process depends on numerous external factors beyond our control.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. The price of the session is clearly stated on the checkout page. Payments are processed securely via our payment providers.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time using the link provided in your confirmation email.
• No-shows: If you do not attend the scheduled call and fail to notify us at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the nature of this service and the limited availability of 1:1 sessions (maximum 10 per month), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. As stated in our Scope of Service, we provide guidance and strategy, but securing interviews or job offers ultimately depends on third-party recruiters and external market factors beyond our control.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during the mentorship session, including your CV, career history, and personal details, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Intellectual Property

Any materials, guides, or resources provided to you before, during, or after the session are for your personal use only. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell these materials.

6. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a session at our discretion. If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund.
